The US president and his close advisers allegedly tried to conceal the recordings and notes of the July appeal between Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, during which the White House tenant called for an investigation into the son of his Democratic opponent Joe Biden, reveals the complaint of the whistleblower, disclosed Thursday morning.
According to the content of this complaint, most of which was declassified shortly before the long-awaited passage in commission of the acting director of US National Intelligence, many White House officials have sought to “hide These traces of exchanges between MM. Trump and Zelensky.
To do this, they would have recorded these traces not in the computer system generally used to store this type of information, but rather in an encrypted system for storing information on topics related to US national security.
But, the whistleblower, who relies on the statement of a White House official, said it was an “abuse” of the system, since the appeal contained nothing that was delicate nature of national security .
It also seems that this is not the first time this strategy is being used, the document says.
“In my opinion, this series of actions reveals that the White House officials understood the seriousness of what had happened during the call,” read in this whistleblower’s complaint, which was transmitted to House committee chairs on intelligence, Democrats Richard Burr and Adam Schiff.
I have received information from several government sources that the President of the United States is using his powers to solicit the interference of a foreign power in the 2020 election.

Also according to the text of the complaint, the personal lawyer of the president, Rudy Giuliani, is “in the center” of these steps. The Secretary of Justice and Attorney General, William Barr, also seems involved, it says.
An explosive affair
The publication of the complaint comes a day after the White House released a partial transcript of the conversation between the two presidents.
This exchange, which dates back to July 25, ultimately pushed Democrats in the House of Representatives to launch an investigation into the removal of Mr. Trump.
There is a lot of talk about Biden’s son, the fact that Biden stopped the procedure and many people want to know more. So whatever you can do with the Attorney General [of the United States], that would be perfect , “said Trump during the call, according to the five-page transcript published by the White House.
What the complaint also reveals is that, prior to the election of Mr Zelensky to the Ukrainian presidency, there was a desire on the part of several advisers close to the US President, including his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, to rely on allegations made by the former Attorney General of Ukraine, Yuri Lutsenko, to try to torpedo the Democrats.
According to Lutsenko, who has since retracted, several Ukrainian officials, including the head of the anti-corruption bureau and a parliamentarian, had “interfered” in the 2016 US presidential election, supposedly in collaboration with the US National Democratic Committee. and the US Embassy in Kiev.
Lutsenko also said that the US embassy in Kiev, and the ambassador at the time, Marie Yovanovitch, who criticized Lutsenko’s organization for its poor anti-corruption achievements, voluntarily undermined the Ukrainian authorities’ handling of corruption cases, as well as preventing Ukrainian prosecutors from traveling to the United States to present their “evidence” about the 2016 election.
On April 29, shortly after President Zelensky’s victory, ambassador Yovanovich was recalled to Washington for “consultations”. The State Department announced on May 6 that its mandate would end “as planned.”
Officials, however, told the whistleblower that the ambassador had been thanked … because she was part of the effort against President [Trump].
