ORANGE COUNTY, FL – In a stunning move by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, CNN fixture and self-described legal analyst Nancy Grace has been named a person of interest in the murder of Florida toddler Caylee Marie Anthony.

'Tot Mom' mom herself a murderer?

'Tot Mom' mom herself a suspect?

“She seems to know an awful lot more about this case than even Casey [Anthony],” said Dick Surelock, a detective working on the case, who spoke on a condition of anonymity.

“It’s a high-profile case, and sometimes that means high-profile suspects.”

Chunk Mullets, a spokesman for the Casey Anthony defense team, lauded the announcement.

“It’s about time. It’s like we been saying all along: Casey’s innocent. Woo ha!”

FBI profiler and author of the best-selling true crime series “Everyone’s A Serial Killer Sometimes”, Hannibal Bundy isn’t surprised.

“Killers often like to share intimate knowledge of their crimes with the public. It gives them a sense of empowerment as well as a forum where they can bounce their ideas off others. They love feedback, particularly from the media. In Nancy’s case, we see someone who is already a part of the media and thus, even more empowered and awash in feedback.”

Suspicions were first raised when Grace began spending the majority of her show covering the popular Florida murder.  Grace garnered ‘person of interest’ status once her show became a seemingly non-stop source of information unknown to police.

“Ms. Grace’s obsession with Caylee, coupled by the constant praise of her own offspring, could be a sign of an outward projection of deep-seeded guilt,” said Bundy, who cautioned the analysis was purely speculative.

“I can’t know the true source of her pathology unless I have her on my couch.”

“So to speak,” he was quick to add.

Meanwhile, Grace is expected to meet with detectives in Orlando sometime next week.

Grace, best known for her breathlessly accusatory verbal screeds on overly-hyped legal cases, could not, surprisingly, be reached for comment.

However, a source close to the hawk-nosed harlot of hyperbole claims Grace is “delighted to be visiting Orlando.”

“She can’t wait to return to the scene, um, I mean, Sunshine State, where she vacations from time to time.”

You got to be joking right? are you dilutional? The anthony’s and Baez will come up with anything to have casey as the victim, what victim. What a coincidence that no one is looking for C zenaida gonzalez, because since the real zenaida came out, now the anthony’s say is a C zenaida how convenient. This family lies like nothing i ever heard before, i think they are all wacked out crazy!!! this casey is a looney tune character, no doubt, no remorse and has everyone under her spell, get this which is my logic ” IF IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE, IT ISN’T TRUE”.

Can anyone please tell me something regarding the death penalty case in regards to guilty vs not guilty of 1st Degree? IF she is found not guilty re the pre-meditation, will the jury be instructed that she may be found guilty of a lesser degree? For instance, I was a juror on a 1st Degree murder case, but we, the jurors were instructed that IF we could NOT convict without reasonable doubt, we could find the defendant guilty of 2nd degree, etc..taking the Death penalty off the table, however, defendant could face very long prison sentence., WILL THIS BE THE SITUATION FOR THIS TRIAL? Can the jury find her guilty to the degree that she may face extended prison sentence? I feel that life in prison would mean a worse punishment to the likes of Casey..living a life of solitude and fear. IF THE EVIDENCE shows she did commit this horrible deed, that punishment is inevitable, no matter what degree she may be found guilty. My fear, as well as many others, will be that she will be found NOT GUILTY on the Death Penalty Case? Please help me understand the Florida system…will it be a matter of a guilty verdict-only a difference of Degree of Guilt? Do the Anthony’s think that the rest of us do not know how to read or listen to previous statements made by them? I dont get their blatant lying! IF THEY BELIEVE IN CASEY SO STRONGLY..why not go see her..don’t talk about the case, but at least provide the parental support THEY CLAIM to have! I could go on and on as many have before me..please provide the Degree of Guilt information I am confused about.regarding the trial and it’s outcome. I think of the public knew that there would not be a chance of a Casey walking free.it would at least ease many of our minds and hearts..

I just want to know why – why is it that Nancy Grace only takes calls from females on her show? Explain that!

The only part of this page that I can’t belive is that there are really people this “out to lunch” allowed to exist among us. Are you all genetically defective or is this an environmental deficit? See, this is the reason CNN and Nancy Grace are still in business. If morons like you all were not allowed to watch television, garbage like Nancy Grace would soon disappear. “jo” must be one of the idiots who can’t tell the difference between a blog and a petition and keeps posting garbage to our petition to have Nancy Grace fired for the murder of Melinda Duckett and other nasty behaviour.
None of you Nancy fans are raising children I hope? That would be just so sad.
And Judy, very little of what Nancy grace ever says makes sense. So by your own logic, none of it is true. I agree. Nancy Grace is entirely fake. But it’s still a disease that needs to be curbed as is evidenced by some of the posts above.

Nancy Grace is concerned with finding victims and in light of it all there’s going to be good with the bad.. No one knew where the child was when she was alive and she if she is the person of intrest its intresting that she never offered any kind of hope for the child… and obviously knew where the child was other wise she would have been out there day by day by second by secon by minute by minute by hour by hour searching praying and hoping the child would return to the family.
